Chiltonville Fly Fishing Club was established in 2006. It is located on the property of the Gilbert Trout Hatchery. The hatchery was founded in 1869 and has been owned by the Nickerson family since 1912. The area has been put in conservation restriction and is dedicated to raising trout.

We are a small private club tucked into the woods of Plymouth. We stock brook, rainbow, and brown trout as needed to keep the fishing as good as possible.

No matter which spot you decide to fish (whether one or all) you'll find the fish just waiting to bite. Trout of all sizes flourish in all our waters and because our stream is spring fed and constantly moving. Fishing can be done year round which makes a membership more lucrative.

Also on the premises is Black Feather Horse Rescue. A 501 (c) non-profit organization devoted to the health and healing of abused, ailing and/or neglected animals, particularly horses.
